2015 – 2016 Information

We will have a Parent’s Night on August 10, 2015, to personally acquaint parents and children with our program. Parents can come any time between 3-5 pm. During Parent’s Night you will have an opportunity to meet you child’s teacher, ask questions, fill out your child’s student packet, etc. Your child will have a chance to sit in his/her classroom and talk with the teachers too.

• First day of school for Monday/Wednesday students: August 17, 2015.

• First day of school for Tuesday/Thursday students: August 18, 2015.

*PLEASE be sure to thoroughly read your PARENT HANDBOOK. We have found that many of the issues we deal with during the year can be avoided if this is done. You will be given a hard copy on Parent’s Night and one is available on our website under the Parent’s Day Out menu bar.

• Shot records are due the first week of school on the Tennessee State Health Form. It is available at your Pediatrician’s office either on base or off.

• What do I bring? Please be sure to pack a lunch (ready to eat; we cannot heat up meals or make sandwiches). Also, bring a clean change of clothes in a large zip-loc bag. This will remain at the school or in your child’s bag all year.

• Does my teacher have a wish list? Of course they do! You will receive a list for your child’s individual class during Parent’s Night. However, Clorox wipes, diaper wipes, hand sanitizer, crayons, glue sticks, construction paper, washable paint, etc. are always appreciated.
