Pastor Eric serves as the Lead Pastor of Fellowship Church with a heart for community, authenticity, and helping families grow in faith together. Originally from Cookeville, Eric has spent years serving both here in Tennessee and abroad as a missionary, shaping his passion for welcoming people from all backgrounds—including the many military families who now call Clarksville home.. 

Whether you’re new to the area or new to church, Pastor Eric is passionate about helping you find a meaningful place to belong.

 

Scott has been with Fellowship since almost the beginning. His heart is big, nothing makes him smile more than watching kids dance around during worship, and the only thing you have to watch out for is his quirky sense of humor.

Scott has been involved in ministry for many years as a youth director and worship leader. His creativity is focused on how to play music and lead worship that helps people truly connect with God. 

Kristen Bowen has spent over a decade pouring into the lives of young children, and she brings that same heart to every corner of Fellowship PDO. After two years as a 2s and PreK lead teacher, she stepped into leadership as a director and has served in preschool leadership roles for more than three years.

Her passion is simple: every child deserves a space where they feel known, safe, and free to grow. At Fellowship PDO, she gets to build exactly that.

Kristen leads our team with a commitment to excellence, warmth, and the belief that the earliest years of a child’s life are among the most important. She is honored to partner with Fellowship families and watch little ones thrive.

Kim Holbrook joined Fellowship as Administrative Assistant in February 2025, where she supports the daily operations of the church office and assists the ministry team. She has a passion for organization and hospitality and enjoys the welcoming atmosphere of the church. Kim loves connecting with others, serving behind the scenes, and greeting visitors with a smile. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her grandson, crafting, and reading.
